Basic services at AFFINITY include large, furnished double and private rooms, three daily meals with snacks, specialized and or/modified diets, laundry and transportation services. Our mental health services also include 24 hour supervision of residents at the facility, monitoring of personal hygiene and grooming, and medication management, including all over-the-counter medications
